Ioan Gruffudd, star of movies like Fantastic Four, Amazing Grace and King Arthur, takes the lead role in the University of South Wales’s new student recruitment advertisement which will be shown in cinemas across the UK from today, 6th September.
Speaking about the campaign, Ioan stated that as a proud Welshman he felt delighted to help promote the University and raise awareness amongst the prospective students.
He said: “Both my parents were teachers so I was brought up knowing the value of education and the difference going on to university can make. And to come and do that in Wales – well, what could be better?”
