Study in Ulm

Ulm is located on the banks of the Danube river in the state
Baden-Württemberg in southern Germany, birth place of
Albert Einstein.

The state capital, Stuttgart, is located about 100 km to the
West and Munich, the capital of the state of Bavaria, about
130 km to the East. Both cities are accessible by a high speed
rail connection.

Ulm is recommended by its pleasant atmosphere and attrac-
tive surrounding countryside. The beautiful city on the Danube
impresses its visitors with the highest church spire in the
world (161,5 m). The city has one of the highest standards of

living in Germany.
In practical terms this means that you can really feel comfortable
here. With just under 170,000 inhabitants the city is
still reasonably small and makes you feel »at home«.

You‘ll soon learn your way around, as nothing is far apart:
city and village, lively city centre and country suburbs with
allotments and beer gardens.

Together with its sister city Neu-Ulm, Ulm is the cultural and
economic centre of the large area between the Allgäu and
the Alb.
